Education

Awareness can deepen when it becomes practice.

Learning is not only hearing a new idea. It becomes meaningful when we can notice what we have understood in daily life, try it out, and return to it again.

For me, education continues the same work of seeing more clearly.

Alongside therapy, part of my professional work has included teaching, workshops, and learning groups: spaces for exploring and practicing subjects that return again and again in our lives and relationships.

Self-esteem, the inner critic, our relationship with ourselves, repeating patterns, choices, and ways of relating to others are not only theoretical subjects. They appear in daily decisions, in the way we speak to ourselves, in our relationships, and in what we postpone out of fear or doubt.

That is why the courses and workshops I design or teach aim to connect understanding a subject with experiencing it in real life.

Selected programs

Begin with a subject that already feels familiar.

The Inner Critic

Sometimes the most demanding voice we live with is our own. This workshop explores the inner critic and self-blaming patterns, opening space for a different way of meeting that voice.

Self-Esteem Group Therapy

Self-esteem shapes how we see ourselves, speak to ourselves, and show up in relationships. This group program explores self-understanding and patterns that affect our relationship with ourselves and others.

Education has always been part of my professional path.

Over the years, alongside therapy, I have taught and facilitated workshops, learning groups, and specialist programs across psychology and relationship-focused subjects.

Education matters to me when it does more than give us information; when it helps us see something about ourselves a little more clearly.

The subjects may differ, but they share one thread: seeing more precisely, understanding more deeply, and practicing what we hope to change in our lives.

Program details, dates, and registration conditions are available on each program’s official Afarineshgari page.
